What you're hearing when listening to the video linked above ("Dean Allen hates flea market montgomery") is a recording of a prank call made by "martymcfett" on his You Tube channel.  A song is playing on the phone line when the call goes through and Dean Allen picks up.  After a few seconds of hearing the music, Dean Allen can then be heard telling someone, "Evidently, these n-----s have got the wrong number."

Evidently, Dean Allen won't be supporting Herman Cain, if he's the GOP nominee.  His worst nightmare may be watching Cain go up against Obama.

The video was posted early Wednesday morning, Nov. 16, 2011.  A link to the video was posted in response to the original article regarding Dean Allen's email to SCGOP Chairman Chad Connelly.  The text of the message was as follows:

Spread this like wild fire! I prank called the guy and he used the 'n' word!

HE IS RACIST!

So far, four people I know and who personally know Dean Allen have confirmed that it is his voice.  Another person I've contacted who has dealt with him a lot in Greenville County has also confirmed that it is him.  Allen is a long time GOP activist and Greenville county Grassroots Coordinator for Team Bachmann.

Everything considered, this is a very disappointing turn of events.  The intent here at Stuffed Suits was never to bring anyone down in this manner.  The only intent was to provide a response to what is, without a doubt, one of the most egregious examples of arrogance and disdain for a presidential candidate and his supporters I think I've ever witnessed.  Allen, in his email, actually calls for censorship of Ron Paul by banning him and his supporters from future debates in South Carolina.  In addition, he states that he will introduce a censure of Ron Paul supporters at the Greenville County GOP.

Unfortunately for Dean Allen, he can't keep his mouth shut and can't keep from uttering some ugly words when picking up the phone.  He should have thought first about censoring himself instead of Ron Paul and his supporters.

Quoting Matthew:
Is this the same Dean Allen that the Ron Paul leaders up here in Greenville have been allied with for the last two and half years? Chris Lawton and Brian Frank have been allied with this guy in the local politacal organizations. I saw with my own eyes, dean allen and Cris Lawton in a picture on Bachmann's announcement bus, I saw but get off of that same buss back when Bachmann announced for the President race. My understanding is also that Dean Allen are in the leadership group of the "Greenville Tea" party AKA the local Ron Paul for President club.

Matthew,

From what I've heard, Allen was allying himself with Ron Paul people and was recently challenged on his membership in a Ron Paul Meet-Up group in the Greenville area. He left the Meet-Up group when many people on the group asked why he was there when he admitted to not supporting Ron Paul. The impression is that he was attempting to cause trouble then and that impression was further reinforced by the email he sent to the SCGOP Chairman demanding the banning of Ron Paul and his supporters from future debates in SC.

A couple of years ago, one Ron Paul supporter met and talked with Dean Allen and listened to him carry on a while about being a Ron Paul supporter from way back. This RP supporter left the conversation completely convinced that Dean Allen was the biggest liar he had ever met and did not believe a word he had told him. This story was related to me several months ago.

Others in the tea party movement have labeled Dean Allen as an opportunist who is attempting to make money off the movement and who gloms on to whatever movement or group he thinks will benefit him personally in terms of prestige, power, and especially money--a "grifter" in other words.

I have no idea of whom the Greenville Tea Party is supporting. My impression was that the leadership was supporting Michelle Bachmann at one time. I'm not sure if the GTP is, as a group, officially endorsing anyone or not.

I don't know about Brian Frank and Dean Allen except that Brian Frank is taking this whole situation with some extra special glee so I don't think they're the best of buddies whatever they've done together in the past.

I'm not sure of the situation with Chris Lawton and Dean Allen except that I know Chris Lawton is a big supporter of Ron Paul based on talking to him on several occasions, others' accounts, and the myriad things he has done over the years to promote Ron Paul's candidacy. If you need my assurance, I can assure he does not, by any means, support Bachmann.

I heard the story of Lawton getting on the Bachmann bus but it was apparently due to connections he had to other people who were her supporters. It was a big laugh to him and others that he wound up that close to her when he does not support her. I can't remember the whole story but I know I've wound up on several occasions being close to and shaking hands with people for whom I wouldn't vote for dog catcher.

If you have any doubts, contact Chris Lawton himself. I'm sure he'll tell you the whole story and then some.
